Sassy Cheryl's #159 Favorite Color Combo

So, this week at Sassy Cheryl's, Mz. Sassy Cathy wants us to use our favorite color combo.  I've said it before and I'll say it again--I don't have a favorite.
I like several---but you've got to love

This little gal just tickles me pink-er, RED!  She's colored in Copics.

Now, this is something, I don't often do---a finished inside!  Some of the other Sassy gals are as famous for the insides as the outs...not me!  I decided to step up and just do it!

Now, a few of my Sassy pals are mighty good with Prismas and Faber Castells.  I am NOT, but this week, I thought I'd try, again.  Every attempt confirms I am a Copic fan---they just work, what can I say?!  In any case, I colored up this same image and did make it into a card, so here it is...

...and, then, again, I finished the inside!  I know, what's come over me?!

So, there you have it-my favorite color combo for this week.

I hope you join us this week for the Sassy Cheryl's challenge!

  1. oh... how adorable...inside and out!!! love it Ann, and the color combo too!

  2. Ann, both of your cards are wonderful. I also love red, black and white and I love the way the image just pops out on the first card. Lovely, joann sassy raggedy

  3. It's hard to say which is my favorite, Ann! Gorgeous coloring using both mediums. I have not been able to master shading with the Copic markers and tend to have been luck with the Prisma pencils. The dp you have used is gorgeous as well! Would you share which line it came from?

  4. JUst GOrgeous! LOve your color combo's...LOve your designs too..This image is one cute gal.

  5. Stunning! Love the color combo, and the inside is so pretty. I just noticed that you live on the Eastern Shore...not far from Baltimore, where I am. Do you have any good small craft stores down there? I'm always up for a day trip LOL! Best, CG (your Sunshine Mail teamie)

  6. Hey there Miz Ann! Yikes...you nailed it this week...not one but TWO cards?! We both like red, black, & white this week!! Great minds think alike, huh?! Copics and Pencils...you can do both beautifully, m'dear!! And I love that you decorated the insides!! Absolutely fabulous, darlin'!!! Hugs. Pat

  7. Love, love, love it Ann! And of course you know my favorite color is red . . . .so I'm all over this one. It's beautiful!

  8. Ann, love your Red/White/Black card, and I have to agree every time I try other mediums I always come back to copics, they are my choice :) Wonderful card for the Challenge :)
